single page adobe indesign

this is really troubling when i want to make my document a single page only.

the reason i would like to make a single page rather than spread is i can control the graphic better, without concerning the facing page.
i don't have to worry about symetric pages and having control over right and left pages.

for those who don't know the word best to describe this trouble, i place certain key word do hopefully this is what you want to know:
-how to make a spread pages to single pages in indesign

i have search over google, but it seems that people just start asking 'for what reason?', well, it's that person problem... duh!
a few month ago, i found the site, but i just can't find it anymore. now, i need the information, luckly i remembered how to do it.

all you need to do is when you want to make a new file, just uncheck 'facing pages', or if you already have a document, just open file> document setup (or alt+ctrl+P), and uncheck facing pages.
